I have bed bug bites all over my body. The beds need to be regularly cleaned. The service was good but extremely mad of the outcome

No kitchen supplies available in the room. Front desk has some but really dirty and no soap etc available. I specifically book the room with the kitchen, no room cleaning available.

Front desk was very smelly and seemed dirty. The front desk tried to make up for not having our reserved rooms available but not having the extra bed / sleeper couch made it very difficult for our kids to sleep. They slept on the floor the first night and second night they gave us an extra room. The showers seemed dirty and the rooms all smelled a little dirty. I will not be staying at this property again.

We had roaches in our unit. There was a constant body odor smell in the hallway.

The rooms were not what I expected. Blanket had cigarette burns, sofa bed was broken, no clean towels each day, trash wasn’t thrown each day. Overall I will never stay there again.
