Customer service Very unhappy with customer service. I asked for a total refund three weeks prior to my stay even bought the insurance and was denied.

Stay away from this outdated property which is bugged with roaches and ppl who sit on the corridor during midnights and are on phones and talking loudly… worst breakfast ever as well.. everything here is in hygienic!

We had no remote to the tv, you can turn the tv on by the buttons. But the volume would turn off on its own. The shower curtain did not go pasted the tub which made all the water go onto the bathroom floor.

We had two adults in our party. We specifically got this room for the fold out bed in the couch. There were no linens in the couch, nor in the room. We found this out at midnight. There were also no dish ware, even though this was a kitchen suite. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ITS DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING HOME BED BUGS. The hotel is disgusting. The hallways are lined with mechanical air fresheners to mask the odor. The rooms have strong wet animal and body odor smell. There is excessive mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, in the sink and walls, the kitchen table had animal claw marks, the appliances where dirty, the carpet was dirty and it felt like you would leave the hotel with a disease, cockroaches or bedbugs. Not good hotel and not breakfast included Front desk staff needs a customer service training ASAP. Looks like they don’t want to be there. Room was ok, you can tell the cleaning goal is to do it fast and not good, floor was sticky, and rooms need an URGENT UPDATE.
