Zeer slecht hotel. Kamer was vreselijk. Vies en er liepen kakkerlakken. Kamer werd maar één keer in de tijd dat we er waren schoon gemaakt (19 dgn). Dat was 2 dgn voor vertrek. En noem het geen hotel met “ontbijt”. Het was slappe Amerikaanse koffie met een muffin of candybar staand aan de receptie. Ik zou niemand adviseren om naar dit hotel te gaan. Kom al 40 jaar in Amerika, maar dit was het slechtste hotel. Dus don’t Stay America.

Horrible el servicio, horrible el lugar, no cumple con nada de lo descripto, no limpian los cuartos ni cambian toallas. Es un espanto y la recepcionista una mal educada. Decian “kitchenette “ y todo hay que pedirlo en la recepcion porque en la habitacion no habia nada. Yo misma tuve que subir con todo los elementos de la cocina en un plastico.

Smells in every floor was disgusting. Nobody can help you if you ask for room service or clean the room

They took 2 days to fix a drain issue and we slept smelling grey water from the sink.

The room wasn't feel that it was clean overall, specially the restroom. I understand things are update but the sense of cleaningness was missing

The woman at the front desk did not let my son who is 20 check in. She simply said no. She said she was the manager. The room had been paid for via Expedia. She said he had to be 21, and that was not true. They allow 18 . He had to sleep in the car. He stayed in an extended stay in fort lauderdale for 3 weeks in the spring and had zero problems. I believe this was some sort of profiling.

Awful Do not recommend Time of check in the lady that helped us was not friendly no smile or how may I help you. She was obviously not happy and very short answers. My husband ask for a do not disturb to hang on our door and was told oh we do not do that anymore. I have NEVER not been given one after requesting. Seems odd I would not want to be disturbed. The staff was not helpful at all, also my family and I booked 17 days stay and we stayed there for 15 nights, our linens were not changed, the room was never cleaned and you can't even ask for getting new linen for your beds.

Poor or no breakfast It should say when you book that really there is no breakfast, a granola bar or a muffin isn’t.
