My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including those in the bathroom, forcing me to get ready next to the bed without a mirror. The room wasn’t very clean, with hair and stains in several places. The front desk at check in attendant on Monday afternoon was rude and unhelpful. Dirty, moldy, stained carpets, hairs found in bed This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The smell of mold and smoke is so overwhelming, the smoke alarms low battery alert kept us up all night, the pull-out mattress had so little support that I just about fell through it to the floor when I sat down. The worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The worst room I have ever stayed in! The person who checked me in was clueless, when I went to complain about people talking in the hallway all night at 3am no one was to be found after 10 minutes at the desk. First floor room had bright lights from the pool area that never shut off and the curtains don’t close well. The room was dirty. There was black scum in the tub and sink. The shower did not drain properly because of it. Milk was left in the fridge from previous occupant and hair dryer did not work at all. The bed was comfy and I felt that the sheets were clean, tv worked appropriately but WiFi did not. Front desk staff was polite.

The room we were in had NO equipment in the kitchen as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was only a “on the go breakfast” which consisted of coffee, a sad display of muffins and granola bars and prepackaged oatmeal with hot water to add to it. A stranger keyed into my room while I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter. I did not feel safe and the counter personnel did not appear to be concerned, just gave me another key. This should haver have happened. I also provided photos of the bathroom sink, which was covered with mold under the rim, as well as the shower head which was also covered with mold, and came out of the shower as I was using it. Dirty Very old and out dated. Not very clean. Got moved to another room not much better. While watching TV some strange couple keyed in. They said they were given this room. Went to front desk and they got another room.
