I am giving this hotel at least 2star becasue the bed was comfortable and the room is big enough &close to attractions. If you are the Hilton/Mareiott customer dont even thing to try this hotel! The breakfast/ muffin&coffee -i never found even it is before 9am. The kitchen had 0 kitchenaid, i had to request and the size of the pan is for 1 person! Literally just a few nutrigrain bars and packets of oatmeal left out on the counter - the “complimentary breakfast” was a joke. Room smelled of mildew like there had been an old water leak on the carpet - staff did allow us to change rooms. Overall would not recommend.

peoples pet fake service dogs are more welcomed than a 9 year old and 6 year old autistic kids service dogs dont bark or come for you when you walk past them the staff is very rude and for 3 nights in a row we were woken up by somebody knocking on the door and when we told the staff nothing was done they were more concerned about scolding us over our autistic kids

Poor all the way This is all a lie: We went to Florida with 3 young children to visit and swim in the pool not algae, what we got at Extend Stay Lake Buena Vista was completely opposite We booked for 6 nights. Got there late on the 4th of July and so the kids never got to use the pool. We wanted a hotel that we could make meals in and let the grandkids swim. You have to ask for kitchen appliances, dishes and such from the front desk. The pool was under maintenance, no advance warning. The breakfast wasn’t even a continental. You grab a muffin or nutra grain bar coffee/ tea and that’s about it. You get more from other places. Room has evidence that they used to have a better breakfast by all the locked cabinets and vacant counter space.
