Bad customer service. The lady at the counter was angry, and initially told us we did not have a booking, although she immediately new my first name by looking at the computer. Even showed her the booking on the app, but claimed she did not have it. Then said we can’t have 6 people to a room, although the room I booked clearly indicated it slept 6. The breakfast included is a waste of time. The pictures shown of the breakfast are misleading. It is not a continental breakfast. They did not have any juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt or normal stuff. They only had coffee and one sweet creamer (no half and half) poor quality muffins and cereal bars. They would be better off not offering anything and letting people know up front.

Our room was horribly dirty!! People upstairs was super noisy every night til like 2 am. They advertise they have breakfast and only had coffee and some prepackaged muffins (bag taste). We wanted another key and stated it was one per room. We wanted to leave the “hotel” and rent somewhere else and they said could not return payment and were forced to stay in order not to waist our money. This property was about 15 mins from the theme parks and 20 mins from the medical area. My family stayed here one night. The room was spacious with two queen beds and a couch, but the mattresses were uncomfortable and they did not have extra pillows or bedding in the room for the pullout couch. They had breakfast snacks available in the morning, and they had kitchens in the room. This place was budget friendly, but we would not stay here again. The woman at the front desk so very rude. She had no personality and denied myself and a group of friends and said “I’m not letting a bunch of kid in here” when everyone in the group was over 21. Terrible experience.

The manager threatened to put us on a list so that we would no longer stay in any of their hotels if we didn't clean the room. We even had to ask where to take out the trash. what kind of hotel is that? Yes we knew that the rooms were not cleaned during the stay, but when we left we had to clean it ourselves?
