Worst hotel stay ever in Orlando. Do not stay here.

Bathroom sinks was dirty and their was a horrible smell in our room

Damaged air conditioner, noisy refrigerator, they need to check their rooms because it’s impossible to rest or sleep. Too limited staff (in my case there was no staff during check out).

The walls and doors was dirty it had a horrible smell when I walk in the room I had my two kids one is a baby a dog cross the hall was barking all night and morning I didn’t even sleep drove back home sleepy horrible experience I will never come back I should of ask for a refund cause I had to clean stuff myself

The moment we walked in there was police on the property dealing with guest issues. The room smelled moldy and like a wet dog. Woke up around 7am to get some coffee and all they had out was muffins and no coffee. Definitely don’t recommend this if you and your family are looking for something peaceful and clean.
