The room smelled like wet dog and mold. The room and property have a lot of cosmetic flaws. The paint in the bathroom looked lt had water damage from humidity from the shower with poor ventilation. The kitchen counter top had a hole in it. The air conditioning didnt really work. The outsode of the building had mold on it. There was no maid service. The towels were kid sized. The pool was decent. The rooms need a serious remodel.

Non smoking property that smells like smoke in the hallways and in the room itself. It was so bad. And the free breakfast was literally only hostess muffins. I’d go elsewhere

Horrible night, stay. They charge extra for my dog. Have to walk to 2 other hotels just to get something to drink. Property was very shady what very shady people did not feel safe I think a refund is in order

The room smelled. The rug was dirty and moist to walk on. I had socks on and my socks got wet. I actually did mot stay the night, only a few hours and left! Could not handle to rooms smell. When I went to the front desk to advise no one was there I waited and gave up waiting. Very friendly at check in, no complaints there. Just can tell the hotel is dated.

We found out at check-in that the pool had been shut down 2 months ago and was off limits. The breakfast consisted only of store-bought muffins. The neighbors in the room beside us partied until 4:00 in the morning and we could hear EVERYTHING. No one was managing the front desk to complain to.

Service was absolutely terrible. We had a room for 6 people they refused to even give us pillows for the extra bed in the room. There is a kitchen in the room but absolutely nothing to use in the kitchen. They did not want to give us extra towels either with only three towels in the room and we had 6 people in ours.
