Unhappy Felt unsafe because of other guest, even had them knocking on our door. Room key has lots of trouble, when we went to speak on it they reset the key after only asking what the room number was. No confirmation on our names or proof that it was our room. That made us feel more unsafe. Breakfast was a big let down. Doesn’t offer lotion and only tiny shampoo. Have to ask the front desk for anything that you would need in the kitchen, very inconvenient.

Front desk is nice staff, every single surface in the room is sticky as if wiped down with a rag dipped in soda. Room has a thick pungent smell that is hard to describe, possibly a mixture of cleaning chemicals. Left windows open all day and it did nothing to free my nostrils from the full blown force of the stench that hits like a a prime Mike Tyson.

They cancelled my reservation with no warning. I showed up and they told me they cancelled it and had no rooms available. I believe they charged me my deposit and will be challenging it with my credit card company.

The smell in the hotel and it had stains on the pulll out bed I had to find a new location but I need my refund for the night I booked and didn’t stay .

There was very little we enjoyed about our stay. Check in was easy and quick, although I felt terrible for the one person they had on staff. When we got to our room, we were hit with a horrific smell. It was cigarettes, it was more of a moldy smell. And it was overwhelming. We left quickly and tried to stay out as much as possible. When we returned later, it took a while to get the bedding for the pull out couch, and when we pulled it out, there was a massive, disgusting stain on the mattress. Room smelled awful, changed to another room with less odor but hanging smoke alarm, rocking toilet and part of the faucet coming off. Found out the next day no one was supposed to be put in that room. The general manager did refund our payment but we changed hotels.
