I chose this property because I had a pet cat with me and other hotels wouldn’t accept the cat. The property is disgusting dirty and old and rundown… walk were dirty, sinks and drain in the tub were rusty, all the AC vents were rusty, cuttings were very dusty. The smell in the room was horrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Horrible el dia que llegamos la persona de la recepción un humor pésimo ,la hora de entrada es a las 3 y llagamos 2.20 y nos dijo que no nos podia atender ,que hasta el cambio de turno que a las 3.30,bueno nos fuimos al regresar nos atendio otra persona ya mejor ,los cuarto sucio un olor horrible ,no hay cafetera,ni secador de pelos ,las toallas huelen a sucio ,definitivamente no lo recomiendo ,y dicen que sirven desayuno es mentira solo cafe y ponen solo 20 muffins y ya, me decepcionó total no volvería jamás

Me hicieron cargos a mi tarjeta de credito al otro de de yo haber dejado la localidad, cuando llame dure toda la mañana para lograr comunicarme con alguien que me ayudara, ne dijeron que no sabian de que era el cargo y que se iban a comunicar con el encargado y que me iban a devolver la llamada y nunca me llamaron. Al salir del hotel no te dan ek servicio de check out te dicen que dejes la tarjeta de llave en una caja.

Carpet was dirty, room smelled like cigarette, bathtub shower was not working, front desk was not nice, breakfast was just a coffee and a small bread the first day and then the other day no bread at all, noisy, keys didn’t work to enter inside the room, called the front desk several times to resolve my bathroom problem and she didn’t answered until the 6 times.

Everything was poor service. Starting with the terrible smell the room had. The chairs had mold, the microwave didn’t work. I informed two different front desk people about the microwave and no one did anything about it. The “breakfast” they promise it’s not really breakfast. They only offer coffe, granola bars, and muffins. That’s a snack if anyone asks me. The windows didn’t open. The sofa-bed was extremely dirty. No one could use that if they wanted too.
