Still surprised of an envelope in the room asking for tip regarding the preparation of the room while it did not happen in three nights. Breakfast was a joke (granola bar) Smelly and humid Quite dirty. Cannot believe a rating of 7.6 ........

Never again We will never stay at an extended stay again. There was obviously not enough workers so no one helped us for about 10 minutes. Our hotel room smelled very strange. In the morning, there was no food so I went to tell someone and had to wait again. Even though i could hear a manager complaining about the workers to another worker. Finally, someone came and the breakfast was a joke. My kids didnt want to go i to the pool. The sheets were like sleeping on sand paper. Nothing about this experience was worth repeating.

There are RESIDENTS at this hotel. Every time I needed to get towels there were people asking for their mail at the front desk. I had an encounter with an individual repeatedly asking my children what room we were in it happened two separate days. The first day I brushed it off cause he is a young teenager but the second day he was asking again and trying to pick up my young children in the pool. Find somewhere else to stay I quickly booked this without investigating much and came to regret it. It was very dirty, we had ants all over the room we stayed in. The breakfast was only grab and go and very basic despite what the website said. Beds were uncomfortable, and the staff wasn't very friendly. Wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Nightmarish Extended Stay I recently had the displeasure of staying at an extended stay hotel for four nights, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that we had made a terrible mistake. Spend the extra $ stay elsewhere We went for a quick overnight trip to Disney with my 3 adult kids, myself, my teenager and 4 yr granddaughter. What a disappointment. I shouldve stayed at disney. When I reserve a room for 6 people it is a requirement that you supply 6 towels not 2. Also, if there are beds for 6 and 6 people coming you supply pillows, blankets and sheets to cover all the beds.
