Staff was great, bathrooms are outdated, lack of USB ports in room, breakfast could be better, shampoo available, but no conditioner.

I will be calling to get a refund tomorrow through Expedia. The hotel as soon as I walked in had a strong odor of seafood like penetrates in the rug and it was so overpowering that I started gagging to Throw up plus the fact that I’m allergic to seafood didn’t help. Upon arriving, I was charged an extra $20 on my room. The clerk said he wasn't sure what the charge was, but I should call corporate to find out. I found my room surface level cleaned, but it felt a little dumpy. In my bathtub there was long black women's hair which was very off putting. There were no trashcans in my room either. The breakfast was pretty meek. There was hot coffee and two bags of instant oatmeal. If I were them I would not advertise this as a breakfast. This place is very tired. I know, you get what you pay for - it was affordable in a SEA of overpriced hotels. There were strange smells on every level and hallway. I appreciated the "grab and go" breakfast but it was lacking. On an overall scale of 1 to 10, it was a 4. Pool and spa looked nice. If youre in need of an extended stay, im sure this place is a great deal.

Nasty place, BEDBUGS !!! My mother in law woke up with bites and while we were getting ready to leave I saw 2 bedbugs ! The rooms smell like cigarettes and the sheets look dirty
