Old property, horrible cookware. Bed is not that dirty, but everywhere else is dirty

The checkin process took a while. About 4 people in front of me took 30 minutes. After I got to the room I found out all of the supplies for the kitchenette were at the front desk. Like cups! Which meant another trip down and waiting in line. There were several people waiting for basic items like pillows, sheets for the pull out sofa, and trash bags. The pool was nice, but the hot tub never did get hot, even after a hour of waiting. The room we had was good, it was the shower thatvwas the issue....it was a roll in shower...so..it had nobway of containing water...but the floor was slanted, down intonthe bathroom itself..wich made a really big flood. The guy at the front was super nice...when you could find him...but then hebsaid thebrooms were serviced once a week, and if we found dirty towels to bring them to him, and he woukd exchange them...did that mean they dont serv... read more

has kitchen but can not use, no plates, utensils, cups nothing, breakfast is a joke,coffee and muffins, WOW, AC was not cooling enough, fridge made a noice sound it really bad though the day and night

Don’t stay here! This hotel smells like animals, even the “pet free room” My kids had asthma exacerbations because the room was NOT pet free. The staff were not helpful. And forget “breakfast”-it is nonexistent

The cleaning is a disaster, bad smells, ugly place, many cockroaches. We couldn't spend the nights, they had to leave and continue driving due to lack of hygiene.
