We arrived after a long day a little after midnight and couldnt check in even though I had booked through Expedia 6 months ago, spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia and they couldn't fix the issue. I ended up having to pay AGAIN for a room I had already pre paid for just to finally check in at 1am so my kids could have somewhere to sleep for the night. Smells worse than city dump. Very dirty, garbage for 3 days without disposing. Hair balls on the carpet

Won’t stay there again. Bed hard as board, no dishes to use, asked for service we had to go to them, someone else’s hair in the shower, size of space & use of space was good. Booked a king bed ended up with 2 queens instead. Friendly staff over all.

1. Woke up by the front desk at 3 am in the morning asking me to turn my tv off as someome complained that there was noise.. but i was asleep and the TV was off.. apparently the staff did not bother to go around to see which room the sound was coming from!!! She ruined my night.. couldnt go back to sleep. 2. Old facilities.. the sofa bed was dirty.. with stains and urine smell.. no sheets and no blankets.. we asked for some.. yet we were told they ran out. 3.
