We had booked a KING suite and we were given a room with two double beds. We found that for a suite that was supposed to come with a kitchen that ALL utensils, cups, etc, were REMOVED from the room 'for our safety'. Instead of just having the items there that we could clean and use at our discretion. For our 'safety' the pool was also closed. The property was great, location was good. The issue was that you couldn’t get in touch with ANYONE at the front desk for any reason. They charged my card double and I still haven’t been able to get someone to answer the phone to refund my money. It’s horrible. It’s been days.

Meh at best Givem how nice the area is and the pricepoint, I expexted it to be a better place. We only stayed one night, so I I didn't bother switching rooms. Not clean, the card was dated in March... our stay was in May. Broken shower head. The absolute worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on. Stay at the Springhill Suites that are righr next door. That place is in the same price rage and os wonderful.

The Little Things that count To quote Denzel Washington new movie.."The Little Things" is what gives this review a thumbs down. The only "extending they need to do is on their budget , so guest can "stay" longer and not find another hotel in "America". Pillows uncomfortable, shower had only burning hot water or extremely cold water - no in-between. Room smelled like cigarettes', when its a non smoking room. Stayed only 1 day and I was out!

My reservation was not honored and I had to find another hotel. I did, but it cost me $250 for a last minute room as it was spring break. I was not the only one, there was at least two other families that their reservations were not honored.

I didn't like it in the bathroom there were cockroaches, the dirty elevator and it smelled bad, and there was no coffee pot in the room smelled bad too. Horrible
