The rooms has food smell, we even did change room but the issue

THE POOL AREA NEEDS UPDATES, THE ROOMS HAVE NO USB PORTS AND NO EXTRA OUTLETS AND NO COFFEE MAKERS EVEN FOR AN EXTENDED STAY PROPERTY. SOMEONE SHOULD ALWAYS BE VISIBLE AT THE FRONT DESK AND THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. THE ONLY UPSIDE IS VERY GOOD OUTDOOR LIGHTING AT NIGHTTIME !!!

This location does NOT have breakfast - at all. This was the MAIN reason I chose this location to stay. “Breakfast included” was plastered all over the room rates on Expedia. Was really irked upon finding that out at checkin after 8 hours of driving. Had I know. I would have stayed at a better place. SMH.

Rude front desk staff. It was listed on Expedia that this hotel offered complimentary breakfast and that the pool was open, I called to confirm this before booking and was told it was. When we checked in the women working up front said that was not true and that it "wasn't her problem." The rooms were out dated and smelled musty. Thankfully Expedia was able to give me a credit since the hotel REFUSED to give me a refund.

Please guys take your money somewhere else. The kitchen had crumbs, dust all over the tv stand, and stained sheets, and the room in general had a dirty moldy carpet smell . But you’re supposed to be cleaning extra because of COVID? We complained because when we got back from our day at Disney there was two roaches in the kitchen.
