Roaches!!!! The hotel is infested with roaches both large and small. Please see the photos that are attached. Also, they advertise about the amenities but none of them are available. No pool, no gym, no breakfast.

The only thing that was nice was the parking lot everything else was dirty and it smelled really bad the staff was fine but the room was horrible there was a lot of people noise everything smelled weird I think I smelled weed it just wasn’t right it was dirty it just wasn’t pleasant.

Im very disappointed with your service (Expedia) I called from the airport explaining that my flight was cancelled and I was rerouted to another city. I called the hotel and explained the situation and they told me I had to call Expedia and cancel through them. I called Expedia and explained and they told me they would get in contact with the hotel to explain the situation they wrote back saying they couldn't get in touch with the Manager. Really!!!! The rug ans the air conditioning was so dirty that my whole family got sick. I will never stay here again.

Horrible check in experience , I called ahead of Time they didn’t have the room for me and Kettia the front desk told me that I can cancel the reservation and sleep in the car basically I am with my family for 1 night getaway and this is how estendes stay america teat us.... just horrible

Awful Hotel The room smelled awful, like someone left a wet sock crumpled up in a corner. There was blood stains on the shower curtain. Included breakfast was subpar, basically bagels, bread and bad coffee. Door to the pool was a piece of plywood. Men’s Bathroom in lobby was out of order. Parking lot was pitch black at 6:15 in the morning as lights were out. The whole hotel was old, dark and dingy. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is the worst place we stayed at in the Orlando area over the years.
