Bed bugs or ??? We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights but we left after one night. We all felt like we were being eaten alive all night long and couldn't sleep..

room smells, sticky counters, breakfast are all readymade and packed, food are limited (just bread, cereals and drinks) I saw cleaning sprays beside the drink dispensers, dark lighting at hallways.

The hotel was outdated very basic amenities also the corridors stank of wet dogs. The staff were friendly which made it seem a little better but I decided to stay at another hotel on the second night so i didn't feel so grubby.

No housekeeping daily and breakfast was very limited

The hygiene was less than desirable, there was a small roach in the kitchenette area and overall the place appears ruined down.

The room smell like seafood, fish and the AC wouldn't cool down.

Check in took 20 minutes as the front desk lady “couldn’t find” my reservation; then someone in the back was able to locate it by looking up my name (that I provided in the first place). The room LOOKS good, but smelt like a gym. A sweaty, humid gym. Furthermore, the bathroom door was kicked in on the bottom and the blow dryer just about caught fire internally and released lots of smoke and stunk up the room.
