There was 3 issues I had with the hotel. POOL AND HOT TUB WAS DIRTY. LOOKED LIKE FLOATERS IN BOTTOM OF HOT TUB... TERRIBLE NOISE OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING BECAUSE THE ROOM'S FRONT IS NOT FITTED TO DOOR FRAME ( YOU CAN PUT YOUR FINGER THRU THE DOOR. VERY BAD) FOR TIS REASON I WOULD NOT STAY IN THE FUTURE...

Our first room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. They moved us to another room right away but the AC was broken in that one and would only work if you left the fan on full (no auto) so the room was hot when we got it and freezing overnight. To top it off we starting seeing cockroaches all over the room. Dead ones under all the appliances and live ones on every other wall and corner. A lot of small ants anywhere coming from the soil. The environment is infected: they come from parasol, on the shoes, in the bed, in our bags, clothers... BUT the room is nice, clean. People are kind.

the rooms are not clean and there were cockroaches

I got there on thursday, and on friday I found insects in my room, and the room was also not very clean cause I found hair in my bad on Thursday, but ok, and then on Saturday I found more insects (little Cockroaches) in the bathroom and in the night table next to the bed, I told the receptionist about it and she said that a company was gonna be there in the next day, but that was it. The hotel was not like the pictures...( 8100 palm parkway ) they charge you for room services first off.. and when you get towels they only give you 1-2 ... in addition the shower was not working correctly, the coffee maker we requested never made its was to the room .... as well we found a bug behind the end table and in the kitchen... this a facility that allows pets and my husband was bit by fleas ..... Outside the hot tub was not working properly most of the time we were there as well.. will not stay there again... spend... read more

What a complete and total dump. DIRTY! We were too exhausted from driving to leave so we slept in our clothes and got out the next morning. My daughter saw a roach in the bathroom and another one in the hallway. I can’t imagine anyone actually staying here for more than one day. It was so filthy we did not even unpack our luggage. My daughter starting itching in the bed. If you like dirty filthy seedy hotels this is the place for you. As if that wasn’t enough there was a pit bull running loose in the lobby. Please don’t stay here. Very bad condition hotel. Room stunk like mildew. Fridge was rusted out, roaches in drawers. I will stay anywhere else for sure next time.
