I didn't like that the bathroom was too small. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress had to be brought down to the floor to sleep better. It says breakfast included but what it is, is a continental breakfast, we had to go out for breakfast when we didn't have that included in our budget relying on the breakfast from the hotel. The hallways need fixing, not pleased at all with this hotel.

This property is VERY old and needs and immediate renovation. There was this odd odor in our room that we had to go out and buy air fresheners. It was clean but just run down. I hadn’t gotten in an elevator that old in I don’t k ow how long. I would never stay here again unless the renovated. The grab and go breakfast was not good we were looking for at least some fresh fruits and there weren’t any.

We had booked a room with a King sized bed for our night at this location. The document we signed at check in said there would be a King size bed. When we got to our room there were two queen beds. When we went back downstairs to ask the receptionist Valerie if this was the correct room she told us (without needing to check) that there were no rooms with King beds available. It was as if she hoped that we wouldn't want to bother her by asking to get what we had booked and signed for. Secondly, our room had no smoke detector.... read more

Pullout couch wasn't made upon arrival even though we specifically needed three beds. No bedding in room, had to go down and get and make ourselves. Room smelled like old food, bathroom smelled like urine and we killed two cockroaches while there!!!

The room had an awful smell throughout our stay even with windows open. The bathroom fan made loud noises waking everyone up if someone went in middle of the night. It was small and crowded for a suite to sleep 6. Very unhappy with stay.
