Just stayed here for one evening. Checked in around 5:00pm and checkout the next morning around 11:00am. Didn’t even unpack. Realized while visiting Disney that I had left my earrings in the room by the TV. Called around 3:00pm and told them. They said they would check with housekeeping. I went by the hotel around 4:00. Stay somewhere else. We had no hot water in the room. The hotel is also very noisy. We were on the second floor. I don’t know what the people on top of us did, but I didn’t know you could do so much walking in a hotel room. At around 2am I decided to call the front desk, just to find the phone unplugged, when I plugged it in, it still didn’t work. Good thing I had earplugs with me, to finally get some sleep. Never here again The hotel was clean but you could smell marijuana all thru the hallways and after telling staff t smelled of inscense where they were coming up the bad smells. When the kids can tell you what the smell is that’s when you know it’s not as good as it should be.

Room smelled and ac didn’t work well, bathroom plug not working, they said they would fix it the next day, that never happened. No housekeeping services because we were only there for 4 days. Staff was friendly

I spent five nights there for a Disney vacation. I would give 2/5 stars One star for location being ten minutes from Disney. One star for friendly staff especially front desk We had two roaches in the room and multiple insect bites when we woke up in the morning. Carpet not clean, rooms are small. Opening the sofa bed ends with barely able to walk in the room. Bathroom small with no easy opening and closing the door. Shower mixer was broken and leaking water.
