There were cockroaches in our room. A dead one in the bathtub and then another came crawling out from the dishwasher when my husband opened it. There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa and whem we went to get some the front desk was out of pillows. Beds are no queen as described they are full extra long. Plus the room smelled awful.

Good location but that is all Very dated room, not clean enough for my standars; super stinky corridor and stairs. I have done much better for less just 10 minutes away. Very disappointed.

Not maintained very well. Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Once in the room, horrible smell and dead roach on the floor. The door wouldn't close on the outside as the whole lock mechanism in the door jam had been removed. I went to the front desk and told her about the door. She was surprised and said she could put in a work order but, it wouldn't be fixed until the next morning. I told her that was not acceptable. I booked a king room and got a double bed room. The hotel said there is nothing thay could do coz i booked throw a third party and there was no refund!!

Wouldn't know I was left stranded on the sidewalk at 130am bc the hotel had not received the change that was made the night before. They were full, and so was every other area hotel.
