False advertising Says breakfast buffet but all they have is cereal and bagels, threatened to kick us out because dog was barking, bathroom is to small, and one manager is very unfriendly. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Needs updating, rooms weren’t clean. Air conditioner was sporadic, made sleeping difficult, room never cooled down and no other rooms available to move to. Breakfast was limited and most items weren’t available.

Not enough blankets, towels, pillows. Breakfast (Bread, bread, bread) was very disappointing. We would not stay here again.

Not worth the money Room was not in great condition. The beds where not comfortable. Bathroom is very small and outdated. The room also smelled bad. We had to leave the windows open the whole time to air it out.

The place SUCKED The room was dirty, esp bathroom. Had to bring dirty towels/used towels to front desk daily to get fresh ones. Halls stunk.

They’ll give your room away I booked this room for my four minor kids who are visiting their adult sister. I called the hotel after booking (around 2pm) and put my adult daughters name on the reservation. I told the front desk staff that the kids flight was being delayed and they wouldn’t be able to check-in until after midnight. I explained that I booked this room for them since they had a five hour drive home to Georgia ans I didn’t want them on the road at that time of night (two of the kids are 5 and 7yo).
