DO NOT STAY HERE The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming but, that was about it. We were told that a continental breakfast would be provided. This "continental" breakfast included waffles, cereal, bread, more bread, bread, and some yogurt. We had 5 guests in total which meant one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch which we knew we had to do. Unfortunately the pull out couch had mold stains on it making it impossible to sleep on. One and done for Extended Stay America This was my first and last stay at an Extended Stay America. We went to Mickey's Christmas Party at Disney and booked this place because it was cheap and close - a place to lay our heads before driving back home. Employees Should be there for customers. Toilet stopper up at 6 pm. Called front desk to ask them to fix. They said it will probably be tomorrow morning. Had to go get plunger and fix myself. Room and hotel needs updating. Looks unclean and run down.

Smokey & Noisy Hotel 1st room reeked of cigarette smoke. Checked into another room & it reeked of cigarette smoke. The walls, carpet, towels, and shower curtain all smelled like smoke. My reservation was for a non smoking room. Very disappointed and the hallway was noisy, even at 2am. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Next visit?? No thank you. You have to sign a form to get the dishes and they hand them to you in a tupperware to carry to your rooms. They advertise to ask for a rollaway bed but there is only one. The milk and cream cheese at the breakfast was old. The bathroom was disgusting, the tub creaked and the drain didnt work and the plug was rusty and was pulled out. Found blood in the bed... Went to Orlandonto celebrate my daughters birthday and stayed one night (9/23). I woke up Sunday morning to find blood in the bed (of course it wasn't mind). Called downstairs and the Asst. Manager sent up housekeeping to confirm the blood (and she agreed). He decided to refund my money and as of today 10/5 he never did.
