The property was not clean. No hair dryer in the room. First hotel I’ve stayed at without any coffee machine or hair dryer in the room.

Honestly one of my worst experiences. My bed was completely uncomfortable. My room smelled like mold and old feet. My bathtub was filled with someone's hair clogging the drain. The fact that you don't get housekeeping without having to pay 5$ a day is horrible. I will personally never return and I will deter others from going.

Someone pulled the fire alarm at midnight, and after an hour and half later we were allowed back in. It was a FALSE ALARM

One staff member working the desk. Always a line of customers. Property outside could use some TLC. Disappointing continental breakfast.

NOT Pleased with Extended Stay America-Hotel.com. I booked a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor. I paid an additional amount of $9.00 for the booking. It was approved. Upon arrival I was told that all they had for me was a room with a single queen bed and it was on the 3rd floor. When I asked about rating me at the single queen rate, I was told that the room was a handicap room that was the same rate as one with two double beds. I did not ask for a handicap room and still feel that I was overcharged for the room. Th... read more
