Hotel muito antigo e precisa ser renovado. A limpeza deixa a desejar, chão do banheiro e da cozinha grudava o chinelo de tão sujo. O café da manhã é grab and go e tem apenas café e muffin, ainda bem que a recepção nos falou como era, assim passamos no supermercado para comprar nosso café da manhã. As recepcionistas são muito simpáticas e solicitas. Não recomendo nem por 1 noite.

There was nothing I liked. It was dirty, smelled like smoke even though they say they are a “no smoking” facility.

The hotel was dirty and had an over all musty smell. There were vulgar words etched in the elevator. The floors in my rooom were sticky and an grime film over it. I will not recommend or stay again.
We reserved a two night stay at Extended Stay America in Pensacola and I will NEVER stay at another one again! On our first night we got a room that overpoweringly smelled of cat pee. Someone from the front desk came up to smell the room and she was shocked by the horrid smell herself. So we asked for another room with double beds. They didn't have any more and so we had to settle for a room with a queen bed (for my husband and I) and a roll away bed that both my 6 and 7 year old daughters had to sleep on together.
