This property was filthy, noisy, in a bad area, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. As soon as I got there I canceled my reservation after seeing the facility and my room, I was disgusted.

Sketchy location with homeless people hanging around the property. Elevator not working on morning of departure so had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Dark hallways. Definitely would not book again.

The key system was broken so there is no key to the room which was strange to have someone escort you to your room. The smell in the lobby was fowl like wet clothes. The furniture seems like the staff tries their best but it is all worn and damaged. The staff was great very friendly the property was the issue will not book again

The room smells like cigarettes although it should be a non-smoking one. Bathroom is very small and there’s no hair dryer. Parking lot smells urine. Front desk are kind though!

TV remote didnt work. Internet was out 1 day hallways smelled bad. All interior was old and outdated
