It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never book again in that disgusting hotel. Bad smell. Bad service at the front desk. And the power went out in the room. I had no electrical service and the only answer was "there is no room" it is really annoying to look for another room at night and also call customer service and it took more than 45 minutes and no response. The truth is that it was a bad day.

STAY AWAY PIG PEN!!! Do NOT stay here. I have never in my life stayed in such filth, but if you cancel the confirmation. After 6 pm they charge you anyway. No soap, shampoo or even plastic wrapped cups. Floors were filthy, wall were stained, furniture looks like they picked it off someone’s curb after a hurricane. And to top it all off, we found slices of pizza under the bed. And they have the audacity to play their own infomercials on how clean and pristine their facilities are!

Did not look like the pictures posted. Very basic in all ways. No ice machine. Breakfast was a joke. Floor was very dirty, leave your shoes on at all times. Will not stay again.
