La atención al cliente cuando llegamos muy mala experiencia muy descortez y todo se miraba sucio sobretodo los pasillos yendo a la habitación y muy malas condiciones

Extended Stay Pensacola Vent cover in bathroom falling down and dirty. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Furniture looked like yard sale trash. Floors dirty, curtains don't match, light in entry way didn't work well. All doors didn't close from swelling, I think. No ice machine. Door knob came off in my hand when opening the door. Stove was an antique and burners rusted. No vent over the stove, sign says open windows when cooking. A small table and one chair for dining.

Carpet was blood stained and dirty. Random hairs on the bathroom counter.

Place is filthy, frig is rusted out, toilet seat stained and unhealthy

Felt very unsafe, the room was absolutely filthy and reeked of smoke despite being in a “non-smoking” room. Elevator smelled strongly of weed, room was filthy with old furniture that was broken and water damaged. Items on the carpet such as a Bobby pin and various pieces of trash and dirt easily gave away that this room had not been vacuumed and properly cleaned prior to our arrival. I couldn’t even bring myself to spend one night here as it was that terrible.

Trash on floor in lobby. Switched rooms 3 times. Roaches and bed bugs
