Room was very disappointing,had a strange odor, kitchen was sparse and filthy. Mattress on bed was wore out and needs replacing. They had a to go breakfast of packages of pastries which were stale.Toilet seat had cig burn marks.

Needs updating and cleaning inside and outside.

Tried booking with the property they canceled my reservations did not assist me in getting new reservations I was traveling late with a toddler at night terrible customer service and their front desk was closed by 11:00

Very uncomfortable abs didn’t feel safe. Halls were to narrow, elevator was unbalanced and scary, Al kinds of chaos in the parking lot, doors wouldn’t automatically close, tub stopped up and no onsite help, no housekeeping during stay. Charged for house keeping service, non pool, no breakfast just not a place for family.

The property was run down compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. I didn’t expect the Ritz but even for a short term budget place it was dingy.

Ran down Bad neighborhood Poor beds No breakfast mays we’ll say as oatmeal and granola bar sad Won’t return nor revisit their hotels

Never again! Dirty rooms, dirty building, unprofessional staff

The room smelled so much like bleach it burned our eyes and was hard to breathe. No bath towels in the bathroom. The sink fixtures were dirty as was the fridge. However, it's pet friendly ... which is the only reason we stayed there.
