Too expensive for what it is For the cost, this place needs a complete overhaul. kitchens needs replaced. I would have expected to pay less than $100 for a hotel in this condition. Phone in room did not work and when I told the front desk, nothing was done. The TV did not work, when I told the front desk, I was given a phone number to call and have a technician send a refresh signal. The kitchen needs to be completely replaced

They told me they were overbooked and I get my money back from Expedia. They were very rude and said it wasn’t her problem. I’m going to stop using Expedia based upon the experience

Run down dirty hotel The staff here does their best but this hotel is a dirty mess full of people I would not want my kids around. Halls smell like urine and smoke. We had to change rooms because ours smelled so bad . We would have left but a flight delay got us trapped there.

The manager and staff at this property are horrible, rude, and disrespectful! They checked us in the property provide receipt, keys and room assignment, charged us for our booking for two nights, only to book another family in the same room during our stay, then wanted to refund our money and recharge us for the room?!!!!!, and threatened me and my kids to vacate and called the sheriff. There was no room at hotel! Expedia confirmed via email and I called and when I arrived very late after a canceled flight with three kids under 7 years there was no room!
