Unfortunately, we did not stay more than 15 minutes. We were so tired we were trying to ignore the cigarette smell in the elevator, hallways and room. But the room had roaches so we went straight down to the front desk and asked for a refund. Woman at the desk was very surprised but did not argue and said I’d get my refund back to my credit card.

Never again The room was not satisfactory the appliances were old and microwave did not work and missing parts

Where do I start? The place is a dirty, foul smelling, run down, over priced hole in the wall...

Dirty room...Very disappointing. Smelled of cigars as well and was suppose to be a non smoking room. I would not stay there again.

This place was a dump! Smelled like a dog kennel, and room was full of bugs. Tell me there wasn’t and I’ll send you a video!

It was smelly, the sheets had burn holes. Had no bath towels, stains on the carpet.

Well the location and easy access to I-10 no problem. As far as the staff and cleanliness terrible.

No towels. No shampoo. No remote. Room not ready. Had to change rooms. Checked in at 4..got room at 6

Everything was disgusting. I walked into the “clean” room after checking in, and there were beard shavings all over the sink from (what I assume was) the last guest. The vents were so filled with dust that I had to clean them myself because my allergies were hitting me hard. The floor was never sweeped, so I kept stepping on pieces of dirt and crumbs. Everything was outdated, and the bed was horrible quality. They advertised free breakfast, then I got there and they said they were not doing any free breakfast.
