Staff was very polite and friendly... but we need to use the kitchen and did not have pots to cook with or plates to eat out of.

I did not appreciate how run down the place was. When I looked online the pictures show false advertisement. The rooms and place is not as nice as it appears

Dirty. No good customer service. Unmanned desk. Dog poo everywhere. Smoking rules never enforced. Terrible internet, even if you pay for the upgrade. Poor cleaning. Multiple broken features. Everything that had to do with this ‘hotel’ is bad.

Vents in bathroom kegged with dust, both chairs full of stains, pillows old and hard, floor smelled like dirty water used to mop and wall next to my wifes bed on the back corner wall small and dark pods of some sort.

Don’t do it. The place was dirty and smelled horrible. It was old and not in good repair. Towels and sheets had hairs in them. I couldn’t sleep there, my husband did, I stayed at the hospital with my son. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed once because the place was so nasty. Service was good.

I didnt stay and they keep charging me!! Took it off then charge me again
