This hotel was awful. Dirty room, terrible customer service. I reserved and paid for three rooms for my family. One room was OK. The second room had hair in the bathroom, wet towels and an odor like lipstick throughout. The desk clerk was rude an unhelpful in getting this taken care of. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. We tried to check out of the Room 2 and 3, but the desk clerk refused to check us out! We left anyway and drove 3.5 hours home late at night. Unpleasant stay This place was horrible the toilet was clogged tried to call the front desk my phone was broke the room was dirty. I had to go down stairs to the front desk and she had the nerve to say i had to plunge some one else's mess because there's know one here to fix it tonight think god i had the hubby with me. Not to mention the front desk clerk was so inattentive and impolite. My family has stayed at this very hotel and many other locations we've never experienced this kind of treatment

Room was not what I expected!!! Bed blankets was too small for bed , so my husband and I faught over covers . Bed extremely not comfortable!!! The next morning for breakfast , we couldn’t find where it was in the lobby but it was in a case not what we expected at all ! No coffee out !! This was a very unhappy stay

The recetionist was very unfriedly. There was no hair drier i. The room. One pillow is missing. No internal phone working. No hot breakfast.

Front desk was horrible. I had a reservation and they gave my room away. No explanation or apology. Terrible customer service skills.

It was filthy! Breakfast was not what was advertised Wasn’t even a plastic cup in the bathroom!

Never again trouble, still waiting since 9-2 for a supervisor or management to call me back
Dirty Microwave inside, trash outside the entry door for 3 days piled up and not removed..
