The room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed.

There was no staff at the front desk..we had to hunt some one down to check in and check out. Room smelled, dirty towels, uncomfortable bed. Overall poor quality.

Nope The only positive thing I could say about this place is the staff was friendly, when you could find them. When we arrived we noticed that our carpet was stained in multiple places and the room had a pungent odor. We had to open the window to make the room bearable enough to sleep in. Finally we uncovered that there was still food in our refrigerator from the previous guest. Our checkout experience was equally poor. 1. When I booked my reservation, the person I spoke with gave me a telephone number to call in casse I had to change any part of my reservation. while I booked for five nights, I said I could possibly only stay for four. She told me the number she gave me was the number to call to CHANGE anything. 2. I could only stay for four nights and tried to call that number, Expedia's other numbers and write a message online. Diassapointing I knew what this hotel was when I booked it so wasn’t expecting 5* hotel amenities and other visitors shouldn’t either. There are a couple points. Though this is a non smoking hotel - people were clearly smoking in their rooms/hallways and elevators, and I’m not just talking tobacco either, the smell was over powering. The sheets in our room had burn holes. Never again Arrived ~7:00 pm, no one at desk. Sign said use phone in entry & dial 0. I hear desk phone ring a few times & then hear someone with a nasty attitude yell “What?!?! I’m here!” I walk back around to the desk to check in. I mentioned that I had requested a pet friendly room.
