Terrible My shoes stuck to the floor. Hallway smelled like smoke. Walls are thin, heard the people in the next room all the time.

Very nice room, but looks like staff does not care about their direct duties like cleaning room, etc. There was garbage on the floor and on the counters left. Bathroom was not cleaned at all. Wifi did not work. Reception desk staff was unfriendly.

Good location, but Bed was too low and lumpy, the room smelled odd, no dishes

Don't Believe the Hype The room was not that clean. The front door did not close properly, the shower handle could break off any moment, the microwave is positioned for someone that is 6 feet tall, the frig had all kinds of food spots on it and the I had to cut off the heater so that I could get some sleep because the heat unit made loud noises and there was no hair dryer. eh... I have stayed here in the past and had a better experience. I don't know if the impending blizzard was the cause or a change in management, but I was sorely disappointed in the accommodations. There were no dishes in the kitchenette and i was told i had to request them from the front desk and then come get them. When i did come down to ask, i received a look of horror as if I just asked for their first born and the young lady had to "see if there are any dishes left". Could not check in I went to check in but could not check in as there was no electric. The hotel did not email or contact me prior about this situation.
