Appalling service The hotel had a power cut when we arrived, couldn’t check in. I’ve requested a refund and it’s been declined, what an absolute joke of a hotel

Terrible condition. Unclean didn’t smell to good . There was pee all over the toilet seat when entering the room. There was hair all in the bathroom sink as well as the shower . Hotel staff tired giving me a new room and every room was unclean and had a smell . I ended up having to bleach down the bathroom myself and was provided with cleaning product from staff

Had a horrible stay. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the sink. Countertops were not wiped down .

There was no cups and there was no ice

Poor facility, Poor staff Room key reader was not working at check-in. Very slow check - in process. Asked for housekeeping to change sheets, was told they do thst upon check out. Asked for addtl shampoo, never got it.
