All around HORRIBLE experience!!!! This place was unprofessional and FILTHY! The 1st room I was assigned the bathroom had NOT been cleaned. The 2nd room was not any better. I had to complain several times in order to have housekeeping come. I was greeted unprofessionally by a young lady who kept referring to me as “Mommas”! I had to request another room because in the first room I was given the bed linens were covered in hair. The second room had two of the tiniest pillows that I had to call to ask for another pillow. No one is at the front desk at night and the doors are supposed to be locked but they were not. Did not feel very safe.

The room was a non smoking room but had dust, lighter, trash under the bed. Dirty toilet, dust on bathroom vent. No trash cans in the room either. Which is why I left the same day of discovering this. WOODSPRING IS OKAY WITH PUTTING PEOPLE AT RISK OF GETTING SICK BADLY OR COVID 19. ASHAME FOR A HOTEL

Terrible terrible stay!!! I already called to file a complaint about this hotel through your customer service line. The service is terrible and unprofessional! The gate was closed on the front desk and it took her forever to open it and assist us. The worker stayed she could not find my complete reservation with “2” hotel rooms so she told me that I had to call hotels.com because there is no way she can assist me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Entire hotel reeked of smoke, the room also. People smoking marijuana in the hallway and it comes into your room through the vents and under the door. There was hair in the bed. I ended up staying somewhere else because of how bad the stay was. There was no one at front desk ever and it was impossible to reach. They did not help at all with the issues that were occurring. don’t use this hotel Really bad stay. Floor was sticky. HAIR IN BED. BALL OF HAIR BEHIND SOFA. Towel was dirty. Sheets were dirty
