The bed - a mattress on a wire frame - what is that? The frame isn’t secure to anything so when you sit in the side of the bed or go to stand up the whole thing moves! If you accept your employees version of cleaning, you might want to check that again

Room was cold as hell. Wood floor was also cold as hell. Bed was noisy. Heat didn’t work properly. Put heat at 90degree but after 1 hour, room was still cold

Hotel is trash!!! Bugs everywhere! And the beds are not comfortable

Will not return My experience was horrible. My first room was dirty, bed not made and a roach was on the floor crawling. They moved me ro another room, that room tbe TV wasn't working, they came checked and found out it wasn't plugged in🙄 honestly it loomed like a bunch of homeless people stay here.

This place is not clean very noisy they barley have any one at the front desk the walls are so thin loud music all night this place is not good don't waste your money

The room was dirty, cockroaches everywhere, socks under the bed, hair in the bathroom, dirty towels, I arrived to check in and the lobby was closed, smell of cigarettes, when they opened the lobby the person who attended me was in short pajamas, asleep. I never recommend this hotel. Book two nights and I left on the first night and they tell me that they cannot refund the money that I have to wait. Never book at this hotel.

Dirty I came into the room and noticed whoever was there before me left some stuff behind. I also noticed there were sheets missing on the bed so I went to tell the front desk. They gave me sheets and I made my own bed. Then I went into the bathroom and saw used towels in the shower and no bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo/conditioner) so I went to the front desk again. The room wasn’t wipe down fingers printed all over the place no shower curtain. Was in bathroom customer service in the morning wasn’t available front desk was closed. When it supposed to be open at 10am never again
