It was not our fault the room flooded becsuse the drain was pluged from the second we got there the watef was off i did not know the faucet was on and when the water came on we where not at the room and it flooded the whole room and ruined evey thing we had and made us leave

Filthy dirty. Giant hair ball in shower. Toilet area filthy. Not one roll of toilet paper. Nasty excuse for breakfast. Very unskilled desk personnel.

Do NOT stay here. The room next door was drinking and playing music out on the walkway - when we asked at 11pm if they can be quiet, they began cussing at us threatening us. We called 911 and the hotel - the police advised us to not stay the night for our safety. The front desk told us they would give us a refund, but any attempt after we left has been denied. Expedia itself has also not been any help in getting any kind of a refund.

My rooms were filthy. I had to change rooms 3xs in order to get a less than average room that reaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty. I did get a refund and went to a different hotel, which was difficult.

Servicio fraudulento Pésima comunicación entre la propiedad y hotel.com Te sorprenden cobrando depósito de seguridad de $200.00 dlls y si no lo pagas tu reservación ya pagada la pierdes y te dicen que tu dinero lo reclames a hotel.com…

Never again! This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, I was told that the policy is for me to look at the room before they complete check in because they can’t change rooms once we are checked in. Weird, but ok. The desk clerk was saying room numbers for me to look at aloud when there were other guests at the desk next to me which made me uncomfortable. Nicht empfehlenswert, sehr runtergekommene Zimmer, Türen unsicher, nicht richtig abschließbar, Defekte Möbel, Unsauberes Bad, Badewanne verdreckt, verkalkt. keine Zimmerreinigung. angezeigten Pool nicht vorhanden

Nasty! This place waa horrible! Check in wa6a very unprofessional and used cuss words every other word. He left me look at room due to reviews i read before checking in . It was DISGUSTING! The beds didn't even have box spring, VERY dirty, the bathroom had mold, water bubbles in wall by shower head. Tub was black due to filth. The bathroom sink had mold and nail polish all.over it.
