I saw a homeless person on the side of the building. I still tried to check in and was told that they had NO pet rooms available. I am trying to get a refund through you all and No is able to help me. I get a call from someone who gives me an incomplete call back number and she barely spoke English

Don't stay here! The room was extremely dirty with hair all over the bathroom floor, shower and sink. There were also black grease smudges on the shower walls. Towels and sheets were stained. We had to go to walmart to get blankets to sleep with and cleaner for the bathroom because there were no housekeeping staff available. I am still waiting on a refund but have been told "my manager will be here tomorrow" since we checked in on Friday 4/23.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. At 5:30 in the evening we still couldn't check in because rooms were not clean. While waiting the manager wouldn't let us use the restroom and was very unfriendly. When we finally got settled, it wasn't long before you could smell marijuana in the hallways. Tub faucet leaked all night. Even though it has a kitchen there was not any dishes, pans, silverware or anything else to cook or eat from.
