I liked how friendly the GSR Was she was nice even though she had to work on her birthday she had a positive attitude and I didn’t like that the room was not clean there was underwear under the bed and a used condom next to the bed I had my god daughter with me she almost touched its very disappointed

Never got the room we booked. Room was dirty no ice machine. tires were flat on suitcase carrier. Front desk did nothing to try to accomidate us properly. They just blamed you for sending us there.

Pissed off customer!!!!! You overbooked the rooms so I had no room. Your company assured me we had a room then all the clerk could do is tell me sorry. You need your butts sued. You may be hearing from my attorney

Booked and paid extra for king. Got a queen accessible room. Breakfast was granola bar and coffee/hot chocolate on a side table in lobby. Queen bed was springy. Was so bad one of slept on reclining chair!

This property was convenient. The price was terrible for the value. I had booked a non-smoking room with two queen beds weeks in advance and arrived to find they had none available. They only had one room that had been smoked in. I was not offered any compensation, but a room with one full bed at the same price. I took it, as I had few options. 2 lights didn’t work. Room smelled like smoke. So called breakfast was a packaged muffin and coffee. Elevator didn’t work. Carpets were filthy. No cup in bathroom. I would not recommend this place for even half the price. The front desk clerk however was very nice.
