I booked the hotel and there is nothing anywhere that requires that I pay with a credit card. I drove 4 hours to reach the hotel and when I arrive employee Josh advises me that he cannot rent a room without a credit card and will NOT accept cash. I asked for the manager, who was not available. I then asked for the policy that requires him to only accept credit cards, and he stated he did not have one. Room not cleaned I walked in the rom and it was not cleaned. So I as Joash (receptionist) was informed by me of the situation, he clean my room spotless. The furniture came in with Christopher Columbus in a ship ..... old and ragging Come to find out that the hotel cleans once a week

Bathroom for one room was dirty, pubic hair in tub. The bes had crumbs under the bed sheet as well as a hair. When i brought this to the attention of the staff they showed no concern

hotels.com mess up i booked a room through hotels.com at this hotel and they did not have the room available that i reserved. I got stuck in a 1 bed room and they provided us a small roll away bed with minimal bedding. This is hotels.com mistake for showing a 2 bed room was available online, that is what i booked .

I have stayed here several times over the last few years and it has continually got worse and run down. Back in Oct 2019 i stayed as soon as I checked in power went off and no one on the floor to try to fix anything and this time it took over 45 min just to check in....needless to say I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
