I love this hotel the staff is real friendly and helpful i have stayed here 2 weeks yes housekeeping was short but and I understand that Samantha is very nice and very helpful everytime i asked or need something she there to help. Alex is an amazing manager and extremely helpful and has great customers service skills and always there welling to help and mirandi the front desk is amazing and very patient she gose out of her way and she has an amazing attitude...

I love this hotel and all the staff here Alex the GM was there all the time and was always helpful with all my questions Mirandi was very helpful with checking in and letting me know where my room was and when breakfast was being served and I met Samantha and Sean the housekeepers where there all the time and if I needed extra stuff they got it for me the hotel was clean and ready for guests to stay at I will be staying here every time I am in town

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the standout feature was the incredible service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, Marrandi at the front desk made me feel welcome with a warm smile and outstanding professionalism. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made check-in quick and easy, truly a great first impression!
