Staff and cleaness of the property
Antwan was amazingly good at his job. He has the right attitude and such a warm welcome. If Antwan could run that property, it would be A+ rating. All other Front desk was trash they definitely need a refresher in customer, or find another job. All other staff was not accommodating with anything. Also the linen needs to cleaned with bleach before given to guest.
