Rude front desk Front desk clerk was rude and in a personal phone call while tried to check in. We asked a few ?? And either didn’t Answer or was annoyed we asked ?? Beds are really hard hallways had a bad smell. Room was clean

A bit dated but large clean rooms We were traveling West through El Paso, and this location was great to hit the road in the morning without traffic. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was just a prepackaged pastry, so we had to stop off at a coffee shop before hitting the road. If you want a place to stay a bit longer, the room size is good, and the kitchen is decent.
Would stay there again!!

Every single employee at this location went above and beyond the typical level of service you would expect at a hotel. Not only were they kind and accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure that you had everything you would need to be comfortable in your room. OUTSTANDING STAFF!!
