Some staff negative, not welcoming at all. Check in not smooth unlike other new places, old style must have the original physical credit card, delayed, almost refused, later told us “no breakfast”. Noisy, hard to sleep! Heater turned off better, but fridge kept making constant noises no way to stop, the staff: it’s “normal” helpless night! Nice building outside, area seemed not bad. Coffee n muffins in the morning. Thanks Alison and Mary!
This hotel has great personnel very friendly and ready to help in every aspect. Only thing I did not like my neighbors smoking was very uncomfortable. I let the personnel know but was told I was told they count do anything, they had to actually catch them in the act. Like I said very uncomfortable.
It was convenient easy to get to clean. Didnt have the bible in the roo.
I felt ok inside the room. Clean. Mostly unbroken things. This is not on the staff. The elevator Bailey worked, was extremely slow and felt unsafe. The second elevator was closed. The key system is awful. I couldn’t get in my room, had to ask for help. Couldn’t get into the hotel itself, had to ask for help. Very old building and property. Looks good but had bad smell
Three lights did not work.
2 day stay We enjoyed the swimming pool. 🙂 I almost fell when I slipped on the spilled liquid on the elevator floor and it was not cleaned before I needed to use it an hour later. I had to use my own towel to dry the floor. A trash bag was in the hallway on Friday when I arrived and on Sunday I had to let staff know about it due to the smell from the trash bag still there. I will not be staying here in the future.
Super place to stay 💕 My stay here is amazing the staff i very helpful as well as professional this hotel is surrounded by restaurants as well as a gas station I love the front desk clerk Jess she’s the Best ❤️ I will be booking again
