Rundown down and old and smells of mold . The phone didn’t work and there was no tv remote. You heard everything from your neighbors it’s so loud . The residents are very loud all night and started fighting to the point I just left at 6am because I was worried the incident might get worse . Not worth the money I will never stay there again

My room was so dirty and disgusting and I really didn’t want to stay there but I spent $84 on the room and couldn’t afford anything else. There were bugs. The refrigerator was make the horrible loud noise. The was water in several places on the floor in the bathroom. There was barely any toilet paper on the the roll and no replacement roll in site only a box of Kleenex thank goodness. There was no iron in the room. The front desk personal was great, friendly and professional, two very nice experiences. The room was a mess, dirty, and old wash cloth from previous guest I assume left hanging on the shower, old macdonalds wrappers on the floor. No hangers in the closet to hang my clothes up.

Wow...just wow. My experience so far with Extended Stay non the least in nicer terms unexciting and made me very irritable and extremely aggravating. When I first made my reservation through Hotels.com was the first. I originally made my reservation for 04/02/2019 - 04/10/2018 a little after the reservation was made and confirmed through the site I received a phone call through the hotel stating that my dates requested were not available and that the site was not up to date with there availability. THE ROOM SMELLED OLD. SINCE THEY GIVE YOU A REFRIGERATOR IN YOUR ROOM THEY DON'T PROVIDE ICE ONLY 2 ICE TRAYS

The TV was on a broken stand so it literally wobbled around and the remote did not work. There was what appeared to be vomit splattered on the front of the dresser (didn't care to get close enough to figure out what it actually was). The floor was so disgusting that my shoes stuck to it as I walked around the room. I rented this room for my daughter to stay one night in Sacramento and I felt absolutely terrible when I picked her up the next day and saw the condition of this room. Extremely disappointing.

The property was not as the picture showed and the bed was hard, the room smelled funny and the bedding seemed to have been changed a month ago because it was clean
