The only good thing about this property was a front desk receptionist James. He was friendly, accommodating, and nice. However, the hotel is right by the freeway, we checked in our room and it was dirty with bedding from previous guests, dirty towels, and trash. Mr. James had arranged to get the room cleaned, but when we came to room late at night, and I pulled the bedcover, the sheets looked like someone slept on them. It was terrible. They charge me twice I booked from Expedia they took a card for security holding and it’s not refunded yet and they don’t pick up the call

Hair strands in bedsheet, I wonder if they actually even wash the sheets and towels. And dirty spot & stain on towels. Done for extended stay

The room was fine but the bed was not comfortable. It was very noisy all night on the freeway side. Also although the hotel claims it has breakfast included. breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged breakfast bars. Very disappointing. Staff was adequate at best

No elevator on property. Dusty. Not particularly clean
