The floor is very dirty.... my foot become black in 1 mins after entering the room. The room have a very bad smelling....

Difficultly checking in for multiple rooms. Hotel staff did not understand how to check in two rooms under one reservation.
Worst check in ever. Was told we had no res when we did. One of us was in the computer but not the other person. Come to find out , the front desk employee gave are first check-in to someone else. Took over a hour & half to finally get in, and I had to re-book us all over. Late at night got in to first room and mid in the night was soo stinky.
